The script is pretty good. The dialog is decently written and the characters where pretty solid. My only negative criticisms is that 1) Zsasz really is not a villain that can hold his own film and 2) use of the Penguin was slightly pointless. But if you expand the script a bit, make Penguin a main villain with a larger scale plan, and keep Zsasz as sort of a pawn, then I think you could have something amazing. But that's just my opinion.

Actually, I did not like the mention of Barbara being Gordon's wife instead of his daughter. That just really did not make sense to me. But it's your story, write it how you will.
