I have always wanted to see Victor Zsasz as the main villain in a Batman movie, and this script is pretty well written. I only have a couple of nitpicky problems. At the end when there's the discussion on whether Zsasz's methods are what Gotham needs, it doesn't really fit considering that he killed a group of innocent children and a nun. How is that what Gotham needs? It might have made more sense if he had slaughtered a crime family, including the children. Then it might have made more sense on how some people might have thought that that was necessary. I love the way you gave Zsasz a Savoir complex, and having him say lines from the Bible helped that. I would love to see this as a film. Oh, one more thing: if you have the movie take place in Bludhaven, than you should probably have one of Bludhaven's viglantes on the movie if only for a moment. But I am super biased since I love Nightwing. Your script is great!
