This teaser is very lack luster, didn't interest me at all. The only thing that I come away with is that it looks like a copy of Patient J.

Also, the Joker looks like he applies the make up himself, ala Dark Knight, but an insane asylum would never let a patient do that... if you're going for realism, thats not realistic.
