I like this better than the first two teasers you posted, but I can't justify giving this any better than a 3, and I'm being generous with that.

Pros

1- Filming at night, nice to see this is catching on.
2- The music choice was good, obvious, but good.
3- The action in this actually didn't look too bad.

Cons:

It was good that you aimed for a Batman at night look, but the lighting wasn't very good. It was too hard to see what was giong on. Hence, the action was kinda interesting but impossible to follow. The Sound wasn't done particularly well, it was a good idea to use the music like you did, but the shift between the parts of the music was executed poorly. Also, very shaky camera work- it worked ok at the end, but the rest was sloppy.

Ok, I know your working on your batsuit so that's why it didn't have ears for this teaser but seriously, don't be in a rush to upload it if your costumes and everything aren't even done. What's up with the villians?seriously, they might as well not have costumes rather than giving them masks like that.

oh, and as an artist I have to say this, you really ought to put at least a little more thought/effort into making the title look good.
