This was a strange one.
It was an interesting conversation going on between
to two. I'm not sure if Batman would be this talkative
to the Joker, then again, maybe he would- to buy time.

It does give a little more insight to the Jokers' view
of things....I didn't read the comic story this was based on, so I wasn't absolutely clear on the ending.
It appears Batman gets violent with the Joker as Gotham P.D. arrive...Whether the police take the Joker away dead or alive is up to interpretation.
I give my rating based on ingenuity with a low budget plus the fact I did not know the actor was playing both parts until I read the end credits. Not bad.
