It features Harley Quinn in the Bullet Time cinema effect
We are working on an Injustice League fan film so if you have a youtube account subscribe and drop us a line in the comments bar. Watch for this effect if our upcoming Batman/ DC fan films.

Thanks. We will feature this effect in our upcoming In-Justice League vid. It was filmed by attaching a camera to a rig made from a ceiling fan and some other junk lol. There is a Catwoman video up on my channel now with this effect.
