I normally listen to punk like the Ramones, Clash, or Sex Pistols, etc. But I do listen to metal... Gwar and Lamb of God I love and they live in Richmond where I live so thats cool and Lamb of God is having a signing soon. But I listen to some 69 Eyes, cKy, and HIM.

I listen to some, only Christian bands though. Also, they may lean more towards technically "hardcore" than metal, but there's Flyleaf, Underoath, Dead Poetic, Decyfer Down, and Seventh Day Slumber, Thousand Foot Krutch, and newcomers RED.

Why do u call all of it "emo-rock"? One, you've never listened to the groups I'm sure, two, you probably can't define "emo-rock". I have maybe one, yes, that's right, ONE band that's technically labeled emo in some circles, and that would be Jonezetta.

So I'm just curious, how do you define "emo-rock"? If it's "emo" just by sharing feelings, then probably 99% of all music would be emo, because that's what music does, is communicate feeling and meaning through the melody and words.

(BTW, props to Relient K! 'Nuff said.)
