The City Of Gotham has come to it's absolute lowest, and with the Batman M.I.A for the last year, Commissioner Gordon seems to be the only hope for this once great city.  The Joker, incarcerated at Arkham Asylum for 8 long years, has devised a plan to break free of his cell and take full advantage of Batman's absence, but he's not alone!
