Is this story necessary? You need to ask yourself that. I mean, it doesn't bring anything new to the table. In TDK Joker just is, well, in this he just is. There is hints of his origin, but nothing major. In terms of the quality of writing, great! Really well written, even if there was some simple screenwriting faults (like the cont'd). But do old men really morph into womens these days? Just joking, but check the last pages. One last thing, I tought that the context of the first scenes didn't quite work with the ending scenes.
