I had to give this a "3" because some of the production qualities left something to be desired. That said, it is a cute, funny production with a great use of music(!). It is also fun to watch!! About the locale: I thought this was originally filmed in Brazil, but then the scene changed to San Francisco.

On second thought, I'll give it a "4"! Hey, I was entertained!
