What really hurt this film, as stated numerous times, was the poor audio quality. It was extremely difficult to make out any of the dialogue.

While I felt the plot was solid, its execution was lacking. Little to no development of any character. No rhyme or reason for the opening fight scene. Head Hunter was very under developed. And Gordon, who is the central focus of the plot, was boring as character as well.

I did not feel the scene where Bruce tells Gordon he's Batman was needed at all. Especially when later on, Batman brushes it off.

The Joker was unneeded as well. His laugh and mannerisms were bad, and he blatantly copied Nicholson's portrayal when he exited from the film.

The acting was bland and stiff for the most part. I did like Batman and Bruce Wayne. I felt he was properly casted and did a decent job with what little he was given.

I think the cinematography needs some revamping. The shots are static and extremely uninteresting. Quick camera cuts and varied angles would help a ton. Also, while it is very difficult to film at night, I feel that Batman has no buisness being out and about in the day time.
